Refund Policy

All the products listed on the Site will be sold at MRP unless otherwise specified. The prices mentioned at the time of ordering will be the prices charged on the date of the delivery. Although prices of most of the products do not fluctuate on a daily basis some of the commodities and fresh food prices may change on a daily basis. In case the prices are higher or lower on the date of delivery additional charges will be collected or refunded as the case may be at the time of the delivery of the order.

We3 organics is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

In case you receive the wrong item contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Proof of bill and original packaging must be provided at the time of exchange. Once used, products will be ineligible for exchange or return.

In case the package is damaged or destroyed before delivery to the customer, the customer will have to share the unboxing video of the package with we3 organic steam.

We3 organics team will review the issue and if found genuine we3 organic will take necessary action to solve the customer concern

In case of returns for orders paid through card or net banking, money will be credited back to the card or e-wallet and will take a minimum of 10-15 working days to reflect in the statement. For Cash-on-Delivery orders, you will need to email us your bank account details for us to transfer the amount to you. This process will also take 10-15 working days to reflect in the statement.

Cancellations Policy

  • An order cancellation request will be accepted only if the product has not yet been shipped by us.
  • If the request for cancellation is accepted, you are entitled to get a refund of the entire amount.
  • We3 organic reserves the right to cancel or refuse to accept any order placed due to various reasons including but not limited to, the non-availability of stock, pricing errors, informational errors, or problems identified with the personal/financial details provided by the customer.

Shipping Policy

As part of the registration process on the Site, We3 organics may collect the following personally identifiable information about you: Name including first and last name, alternate email address, mobile phone number, and contact details, Postal code, Demographic profile (like your age, gender, occupation, education, address, etc.) and information about the pages on the site you visit/access, the links you click on the site, the number of times you access the page and any such browsing information.

All orders are processed within 3-4 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
